Peter Sochor began his dental career in Dublin followed by a further ten years’ intensive study in Germany, covering every aspect of dental technology, leading to his qualification as a Master Dental Technician ZTM.

He has lectured worldwide, including the Institute of Master Technicians, numerous Dental Hospitals, and by invitation, to speak for the Royal Society of Medicine, as well as the British Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry and Association of Dental Implantology.

He was the first Dental technician to lecture at the Royal College of Surgeons on Implant topics and the first Dental technician to be elected to the committee of the Association
of Dental Implantology.

He is a past lecturer of the FGDP Diploma in Implant Dentistry at the Royal College of Surgeons of England and is currently a lecturer on the MSc Aesthetic Dentistry Programme at Kings College, London Dental Institute, UK.

Mr. Sochor is a founder of the British Association of Implant Technicians, and past chairman. He is a full member of the British Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry and past treasurer of the International Association of Certified Dental Implant Technicians (UK). He has been published widely in peer reviewed journals, written a number of books, and was acknowledged in the first and second editions of Practical Implant
